For our first collaboration of the year we are very excited to welcome Frankie Clarke of Irie up north from that there London!
This will be a bit of a homecoming for Frankie, having been born and raised in the Steel City before bobbing about and compiling a very impressive CV that includes the likes of Erst in Manchester, Bistro Freddie and Camille in London as well as a stage at Michelin starred Alouette in Copenhagen.
Irie is Frankie’s solo project that pays homage to his Jamaican roots and has been popping up around the capital for the last six months, so it brings us great pleasure in being able to invite him outside of London for the first time!
We have teamed up for a collaborative five course set menu, embracing the vibrant, bold and basically delicious flavours that are commonplace in Jamaican cuisine.
Sunday 1st February 2026
Lunch will begin at 1pm and the menu is priced at £45 per person.
(we are unable to cater for dietary requirements for this event)
Sample Menu:
- Sourdough from I Said Bread with fermented chilli butter
- Native oyster with Campari & blood orange granita
- Crispy fried sweetbread with Frankie’s hot sauce & ranch
- Cuttlefish & smoked ox tongue patty
- Brandade on deep-fried potato terrine with an egg yolk
- Jerk quail wrapped in bacon & stuffed with British grains & British peas
- Chicken liver parfait & sweet fruit
- Callaloo style braised brassicas
- Grilled pineapple upside-down cake with rum caramel & creme fraiche
